Every order is custom-made and usually takes between 1 and 3 days to create in our business unit (depending on the product). Once it’s ready we’ll hand it over to one of our trusty couriers, who usually take 3-5 working days to deliver.

All of our framed and canvas prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is then secured over the print surface to minimize the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy-duty cardboard box.

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.  will notify the Customer immediately about the unavailability and the order will be canceled while refunding the payment at the same time. is entitled to make partial deliveries. Delayed deliveries of do not entitle the buyer to compensation claims unless is negligent or intends to load. Further claims remain reserved for the customer. Delays in delivery based on the grounds that is not responsible for (force majeure, fault of others, etc.), the deadline will be extended and the customer shall be informed immediately. If prolonged, the causes of delays are longer than four weeks after the conclusion of the contract each party is entitled to withdraw from the contract. If the customer is not encountered at home upon the delivery of the package, and the packet is not picked up from the post office within 7 days by the customer or the customer refuses the acceptance of the package, has the right to cancel the order and cancel the contract. Forwarding charges include packing and shipping for each picture.

How To Return An Item:

We at Lopfire Designs Ltd want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your canvas print, we have a hassle-free return policy in place. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

1. Contact Customer Support:
Reach out to our friendly Customer Support team via email ( ) within 14 working days of receiving your order. Provide them with your order details and the reason for the return.

2. Packaging:
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is protected and well-padded. Include any accessories or additional items that were originally received with the canvas print.

3. Shipping:
Ship the package back to us using a reliable shipping service. We recommend using a tracked and insured method to ensure the safe return of the item. The shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility.

4. Return Confirmation:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the return and issue a refund or store credit, as per your preference. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Policy Conditions:

– The canvas print must be returned in its original condition, without any signs of damage, alteration, or wear.
– Returns must be initiated within 14 working days from the date of delivery.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
– It may take [ 1 – 14 working days] for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
